I was so happy to come across this forum while searching for answers about post concussion syndrome. I was diagnosed about 10 months ago and my symptoms are complicated with IBS, Fibromyalgia, previous depression. What I find is that Doctors lump everything together and label me now as ADHD which I know isn't really the issue. I am in Las Vegas and looking for a Psychologist or other Specialist who can actually diagnose and treat my PCS. I have difficulty in expressing myself and tend to downplay my conditions which I'm really working on. IF I can't describe how I am affected then how will a Doctor know what's wrong right? I don't know why I do that, maybe denial cause I want to fit in and feel normal. Anyway, I am really struggling to find a professional who believes that PCS exists and desperately need to be treated. I'm a mess. 60 yr old woman living along and also going through divorce and representing myself with no lawyer. Husband has quit paying maintenance and I am facing the streets end of November. Gotta get some help in that regard too.
