I am so sorry you are not sleeping well. I have potty trouble too. I get up so many times, that I don't sleep soundly. I also have to wear protection sometimes, and I hate that worst of all. Wish it was better for you. I do believe you will heal your leg from that fall. As long as nothing was broken, with time you will get stronger.
