Lol, I've avoided sauerkraut for the same reason! Actually it was because my Kindergarten teacher was Mrs. Kraut and she was MEAN!!! So we called her Mrs. Sour Kraut, lol!

I've never heard of corn casserole, doyd. Have you tried searching www.food.com ? Here's one with no sour cream: http://www.food.com/recipe/corn-casserole-84084
