I have developed a relatively new symptom and would like to get any expert advice if possible.

I know that I have some cervical stenosis but it has never really been too bad.

However, some new alarming symptoms have popped up and I need advice.

First, over the last few months I have been getting a fair amount of pain at the base of my neck and right shoulder that may be cervical spine related.

I am now noticing that when I bend either arm back (as if I am lifting a weight)and then flex my biseps, both biseps immediately seem to cramp-up and begin to hurt badly!

The pain goes away when I unflex the biseps.

Does this sound like a cervical spine issue?
