I understand your frustration. The PCS is tough enough to deal with without the added stress of Work Comp issues.

Unfortunately, there are no quick ways to resolve your PCS. It takes time and rest.

Regarding your intense head aches. Try asking your doctor for some blood pressure lowering medication. When you get the intense head aches, BP meds may help to lower your BP and resolve the head ache. At least, it does for me.
