Welcome to NT! This is a fantastic place to be. Indeed there are many others from England and several other countries - it's just wonderful how we are able to connect with one another, as if there were no geographical boundaries.
I'm so very sorry about your son and what this must be doing to you  I wish I were able to be of better help, but I'm not familiar with these conditions. I'm sure there are others here who can lend a hand. Sometimes I find it helpful to use the little 'search' feature toward the top of the page to type in a word(s) and it'll automatically bring up other posts of a similar nature.
There are a lot of people who care and the support here is endless. It's great to have you and I hope you can begin to get some answers soon....
