Hi Trish, I hope that your leg pain has resolved and/or that you have seen your doctor since you posted. I would worry about blood clots from surgery with that type of pain.

I had to have an ultrasound of both legs after ACDF surgery due to some symptoms I had. I hope this post finds you well.
