Hello michaelscott and welcome to NeuroTalk.
There are possible links to many things and Multiple Sclerosis. It's a disease which is not fully understood. One thing to keep in mind; 95% of the general population has had Mono, 95% of the population does not have MS.
Neurological symptoms can be caused by many things and does not necessarily indicate MS. You should probably discuss with your Dr. the symptoms you are having. There is no way to know what is causing your symptoms without proper testing, much of which would be bloodwork.
If you are concerned about Multiple Sclerosis you should voice your concern to your primary Dr. Just to let you know there is criteria for diagnosing MS, it's called The McDonald Criteria.
