;;I have a terrible time trying to swallow my saliva plus alot of post nasel drip. I have to keep spitting it out which is very tiering, Is sudafed o.k. to take, any other suggestions? I'v tried Clarintin ( forgive my spelling) but that didn't help.

I notice if I'm in a warm and dry place I don't get as much drippage but the cold and dampness around here is hard to hide from. I live in W.N.Y. The rain and snow has already started for the season.
