Is this burning pain with RSD/CRPS the same as the burning pain associated with PN (Peripheral Neuropathy)? I'm wondering

because I see mention of some of the same meds used to help control it.
Some of us with PN have had success controlling our burning pain, needle jabs/shocks, and cramping with various combinations of
R-Lipoic Acid (RLA) (a newer stabilized form is being touted now),
Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC), and
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin
B5). I'm taking
100 mg RLA with
500 mg B5 and
500 mg ALC every morning, and another
500 mg B5 and
500 mg ALC with supper, and I haven't had
any burning pain or required any Neurontin, Lyrica, etc. since

(though I still have some numbness and sensitivity to cold & pain).
So I'm wondering if those supplements might help the burning pain of RSD/CRPS(?) Worth a try?
