I am at a loss to elaborate. Looking at your pics and the bruising, the story it tells is that there was bleeding to some degree that because of gravity, oozes down the tissue planes of the arm.
I guess the most I can say is that my post-operative pics were just as alarming with bleeding and bruising down below my elbow as well and left without comment when I showed them to my surgeon. My hunch is that for both of us it represents a smoking gun of errors that are left at this point, unexplained and likely will never will be (I am 3 years+ surgery and still without explanation). I lost almost enough blood to require transfusion, my surgeon ordered 2 blood panels to evaluate blood loss after arthroscopy surgery that is normally looked at as being a bloodless surgery. No explanation given...
