Kathy, you might not get a response from Dshesq. Last time that person visited the forum was in 2010.

There are medications for spasticity, has your doctor prescribed anything for that? You dont need to be diagnosed with MS to get treatment for your symptoms. One of the better things I've noticed for spasticity is actually exercise, if you're capable of doing it. Try doing small amounts of stretching every day. You dont need a prescription for exercise. Just do it slow, try not to over do it, and build up the exercises every few days or every week till you get comfortable doing them.

Hopefully when you see your neuro, he'll try to answer your questions better than we are here, since he's the one who went to school to learn all about the brain.
