I had awful problems with muscle spasms. Diazepam is what knocked those out. I take 2.5mg 2 X per day. I plan on trying 2mg 2 X per day for my next prescription.
My symptoms went down and other modalities like OMT and PT became easier.
I'm also investigating some non-drug approaches to reducing muscle tension and spasms. I'll report back what I find.
