I have terible pain in my legs that comes and goes. Walking any little upgrade my leg muscles get real tight.It seems at rest when sitting and at night laying down is the worst. My nero is ruling out things before he can give me any meds to heal. Is there others ways that you have gotten releaf. Sometimes I just get up and move around. Would love to hear from more about this. Thank You Kathy
