Sorry about the spasticity and pain.

I move around and stretch throughout the day. Yoga stretches are great. Since getting in the bath has become difficult for me, I use magnesium cream made from Epsom salt. It helps. I also found a massage therapist that I can actually afford. She comes once a week and that really helps as well. I have meds for when they get real bad but try not to take them.

IMO, it's a trial and error kind of thing to find out what is going to work for you. Others will come along with suggestions and ideas on things that have worked for them. Try them out and see what works for you.

I hope you start feeling better soon and your neuro is able to pinpoint what is going on with you.
