Default Radical Neuropathy Treatment?

Hi all. Since I first posted here some time ago I have received confirmation of axonal motor and sensory damage to the nerves in both feet. I am currently awaiting the results of an extensive blood work profile that I will not get until 12/20.

In the meantime - outside of the vitamin therapy(s), massage, soaking and what have you - does anyone have any first hand experience with an intensive acupunture program and if so did you see any results?

Also - anyone have any experience with surgery for multiple nerve decompression(s) to relieve neuropathic pain? Anything to that or just quackery?

Any other radical treatments ou there to consider?

Thanks all and may you have some relief from your pain today no matter how small.
