I try to stretch daily; there is a pamphlet available to download at NMSS with different stretches for MS patients.

I am on zanaflex-a lot of it!! My main symptom is spasticity and it can get extremely painful. Massaging as T said is good too.

My neuro is reluctant to prescribe any narcotics for pain and suggests I do the above to relieve the tightness. I also try to exercise during the week; water is better for MS patients.
