I wonder if you take antidepressants? SSRI type? These can cause movement disorders in people who are on them long term (6mos or more). They also can cause restless legs in some people. This is because they affect dopamine ...the exact relationship is not understood yet, but it does happen in some patients more than others.

Another cause of RLS, is low magnesium.

aim for 50% of the RDA to start, if you decide to try it. And avoid Oxide form as it is not absorbed, and remains in the bowel as a laxative.
