PCS can last anywhere from 3 months, 6 months or even a year and beyond. Just stay strong, get tons of rest. Stay away from any stressful situations. Don't drink alcohol, don't go out and party...just rest up at the house and take it easy. If you have work or school, you might have to take some time off to heal. If your symptoms are that bad, you probably shouldn't drive. I only drive on certain days, only if I'm feeling okay and it's an important trip like to the doctor, neurologist or ER.

My injury was in June, might of been a little more severe than your's since my brain actually bled - but I'm still recovering and suffering from PCS.

Hang in there, it will get better. When is the only question.

I'm sure there are people with more experience on this board that can tell you how you should be eating and what vitamins you should be taking and what-not.
