Hi Bryanna,

I agree that teeth problems can be prevented with the techniques and habits you have mentioned.
But what I think is, we all have different teeth design.
Some are born with good teeth structure which may not hold much of food on them after eating but others they'll retain lots of food, indirectly if both use same time and techniques the ones with good structure are going to have lesser problems than others.

I don't know if there are any studies about thickness of enamel and its relation to teeth problems.

I have a friend who doesn't have so many problems as me, we both were in a boarding school for 7years both ate same food, and his oral hygiene was not good, he used to skip brushing on weekends holidays but now he doesn't have cavities or major dental problems.
