I searched for some info on this but found nothing here, so forgive me if this exists somewhere on this site and I am being redundant! I get crazy sweats but while the sweat rolls off my body I am shivering and can't get warm. I can put on 4 blankets and roll up in a ball but it takes hours to return to "normal". Anyone else have this? I also have my hands go icy (a lot) since that is were my RSD is, but if my husband rubs one hand the other warms up as well. He says I should take it to the circus - LOL! I know these are symptoms but does anyone have any tricks for coping! I have tried hot showers to warm up but does not work! Thank you all! This site is truly my source for heart strength!
