Funny thing is now I don't have as much pain, only really hurts now when I sleep. I wonder how long the effects of the MBB will last? He said it should only last 8 hours but here I am 3 days later..

I've been very nervous through this process. Thanks agian for feedback

I was also very nervous the first time around. My doctor did a series of two MBB's before proceeding to the RFA. He told me insurance companies require it and you have to have a certain percentage of pain relief before they'll approve it. The relief I got varied and I can't really recall now since I've had so many. My doctor also injected steroids so that may have something to do with it as well. I hope he told you that following the RFA, your pain may get worse before it gets better. I do hope you have good results. Feel free to post your experience after the fact and pop in and let us know how you're doing. Take care
