This link has the ingredients.

Does your label say take on an empty stomach? This label does not specify empty stomach.... which both the B12 and lipoic acid need to be taken that way for adequate absorption.

This label also does not specify r-lipoic acid stabilized (sodium salt). Unstabilized is not absorbed as well.

So if you decide to use this product, make sure you take on an empty stomach.

The prices claimed at the bottom of that page, are rather inflated. The B12 would cost about 30 cents a day, taken separately. The claim for D cost and the B6 and B2 are inflated also. I buy my D3 5,000 IU at Puritan's Pride for pennies a day.

The Benfotiamine could cost what they claim. But then one does not always need so high a dose.

This is a shotgun product, and there something for everyone in there. Not everyone however, may need all of that.
