I won my case back in August of 2010the and i have yet to recive s request for a review of my Disability, i see my Dr every month, and my back has only gotten worse, witch my Dr had. wrote in my file, My Dr tells me that i will end up in a wheelchair, just not sure when, and that is why he does not want me to have to work, i get very little sleep, and am at a pain level of about 6the or 7you most days, but there are a few days a month where i have a hard time getting out of bed,and my back locks up like 2 or 3 times a week and it takes a good. 5 to 10 mins to just get up! mind you this is with pain meds! but i try to stay positive, i have brautiful kids and a wonderful wife, they are what keeps me going,so should i expect. a review some time in the neer future? they never told me how long between reviews and if i would have any! thanks for your help! how often a person recieving ssdi benefits gets reviewed depends on how likely their disabling condition is going to improve.according to social security's website,if a person's condition is likely to improve the review schedule in once a year.if there is a possibility of improvement then the review's are every 3 years.if there is a very unlikely chance of improvement then the reviews are every 5-7 years.your awards letter should have explained your frequency of reviews.
