Default Would anxiety be considered a neurologic symptom of gluten intolerance?

Hi everyone!
Me and my two daughters are all gluten intolerant/possible celiac. We just did genetic testing with our girls and it showed they both have DQ8 and DQ6(DQ1). They get their DQ8 from me since I have two copies and they get their DQ6 from their dad. I've been telling him for a while that I think he is gluten intolerant. He gets major stomach issues, spends a lot of time in the bathroom, has skin issues, and struggles with anxiety really bad. He says he's had anxiety ever since he can remember. I can always tell when he's having an anxiety attack because even though he'll tell me he's ok he gets really distracted and his pupils will be completely dilated. I really think this might be caused by a gluten intolerance but he won't listen. Would this be considered a neurological symptom and is it common with gluten intolerance?
