First, the tech should have never said that. She was way out of line. Her only comments should have been about the quality of the waveforms. By this I mean, the waveforms were not cluttered up with errant abstract data. Errant abstract data can be caused by blinking, swallowing, moving, etc.
You need to wait for your doctor or a neurologist to read the EEG results. There are many abnormal things that can show up on an EEG that are considered inconclusive.
So, wait and see. Don't obsess about her ill-informed comments.
