The ultrasound I had showed what I already knew. My right shoulder is a mess. I knew my own body.

It showed TOS in the right shoulder including hyper-inflamtion, extensive scarring, tares, arthritis, swelling, nerves bundled instead of straight. Right shoulder is really bad.

TOS is also in my left, but not as bad. I also have bi-lateral carpal tunnel.

DR. recommeneded therapy, but his office is an hour and a half away. I can't drive that far plus my wife can't take me all the time. The therapist even said if I didn't come consitently it was a waste of time. No kidding! Plus I had probably near 100 therapies before that didn;t help. It made it feel worse. It's negative for me. I basicaly refused. Has anyone else done this? It is my body and way too far. (3 hours driving). I do get injections and they help a lot.
