Rough news, and that distance to get to therapy is not helpful , seems it would offset the benefits, plus the time & gas...

I have bought myself a few things that seem to help, for home therapy, I don't know if any of these might be of help for any of the pain/symptoms that you have though.

Got most of these from Amazon, but thy are on other sites too.
I bought a little ultrasound about 100.00 - helps w/dh's knee injury too

Digital IF stim - under 100.00

Light Relief Infrared Pain Relief Device +/- 80.00

and my far infrared heating pad that I've had for many years now- I do think it does more than what a regular heating pad does- I have both types and always feel better longer than with the reg/moist heat pad.

If pain is the one of main things for you might even look into a TENS machine - they will help to block the pain signals.
They are on Amazon too, or your Ins might cover it with a drs Rx??
