(There were other doctors, but I don't want to bore you with all of the details!)
Now she is eight. She complained of headaches and our pediatrician ordered blood work (all OK) and an MRI. The MRI shows several white spots on her brain. The MRI report stated a dx of possible patchy leukodystrophy (hope I spelled that right). However, after seeing a peds neurologist last week, he stated that we need another MRI in three months for comparasion. Three months is a long time to wait.
This neurologist said that since she can (or is) still learning (reading, writing and math), that he didn't think it could possibly be the leukodystrophy. So what is the white spots?
I didn't state earlier--she is ADHD and takes 10 mg of Ritalin 2 times per day.
That's all I have for now.

Again, Welcome
Take care of yourself,
