I can relate to how you feel. (minus the kids part). It's hard to feel crappy all the time. Each morning I wake up hopeful that today is going to be a day I am going to feel good, only to be disappointed a few hours after waking up. I still try though and try to stay positive. Some days that is easier said than done.
Talk with your dr(s) as others have mentioned. There may be better ways to manage your symptoms. I hope you feel better soon.
