Default Goofy

I'm on Sugar Busters diet - have lost two sizes since 9-11 so it works. No potatoes, rice, noodles, white bread or anything made with flour. I can have lean meat, fish, shrimp and lots of fruit and vegetables. Can eat 3-6 times a day but nothing aftter 8 PM. If I get hungry after 8 I eat sugar-free popsicles before I go to bed. It obviously works but soon I will feel that I can cheat a little bit like I did at Thanksgiving. Still have one size to go and I think this will be the hardest one. Oh, I can have sweet potatoes!!
