I was looking thru my bookshelf and found a reflexology book I had picked up ages ago and had forgot about..

This one is called
Reflexology basics
by Denise Whichello Brown

It really has great pictures and simple explanations of the hows & whys.

I'm going to keep it handy and try some of it in the evenings.

Might be something to try, there's many books about it in most libraries too.
