Default Hi,

I deal with the same thing with the hot and cold. One thing that I have found is that I have to keep the heat up some to keep me from getting too cold but I keep a fan going to deal with the sweating. I've done this for about 4 years. It does help. If you get too cold you are going to deal with being in more pain so the heat is important for that. It can cause you to end up with other things such as arthritis also. Once I get things just right with both I can get some sleep. Also the electric blanket thing is good but if you end up too hot, try turning on a fan.
