Several people have mentioned good mexican food. I have a good one! Use a soft burrito, The filling is yummy. Corn, and black beans cooked the old fashioned way inside, topped with chopped tomatoes, onion, salsa and a dab of sour cream and lettus shredds. the black beans and corn is really a good combo and one of my favorites to make. when I make the black beans, I portion it out, and freeze as I do with leftover corn. It can be put together in minutes with just the origional time for cooking the beans.
