I've had a Lidoderm behind my knee for two days now, and it is helping.

Also the amitriptyline I started seems to help. Most of that is working on my neck and shingle arm pain tho. Making me sleepy too.
I have taken amitriptyline is the past it did really make me tired. That is awesome that you have an island! It must give you a lot of peace and serenity. I like doing my flowers a lot in the spring and summer. I live up North in PA so we don't get too many months of warm weather. I also have to get a lot of help from my husband. I agree I think they secretly like planting. I'm glad to hear the lidoderm patches are working. I find they work well for me. Have a good night!
