Froggie checking in to say hello Alffe and ALL.

My Zoe is sick with her spring allergies and we can't take her outside to potty. She is wee-wee pad trained yet poor doggy loves to go out there. Pollen is sooooooo bad now. Human person here, can't get the pollen out of the house either...dust and pollen seeps in through invisable places??? LOL

My weight is down today to 207. Wow, only have 8 lbs to go to being under 200. Haven't been this low in a long time and am glad. I didn't do anythihng to lose it though, I have been sick for a while with nausea and not being able to eat, so I can't brag to much. Not complaing about appetite loss...it has helped me. LOL Froggie
