Hey buddy. Don't feel bad, I'm almost at 6 months from my injury and I still have issues too. I don't get headaches, I have more mental and cognitive problems than anything. I'll have a few good days where I feel almost normal so I'll slowly start to get out of the house and do things (like go to Walmart or visit somebody) and then it seems like I get overstimulated and the mental and cognitive problems come back and linger for a few days. Besides from having some weird/horrible obsessive thoughts, I was feeling okay the last 2-3 days. I went to a doctor's appointment and to Walmart yesterday and went to get an MRI done today, took the dog for a walk and then about 10 minutes later I felt something "move" in my brain and suddenly got put under a cognitive brain fog again. It's a real uncomfortable feeling.

I honestly don't think you should be playing any sports or trying to live a "normal" life right now. If your still having these problems, your brain needs more time to heal.
