Happy to see you have come to be with us. As you can see we have a great number and caring fellow members here, just let us know how we can assist, you will see we are are supportive and relaxing place. Our shoulders are here for support in many ways.
Looks like you have found the forum of epilepsy. I do have epilepsy, have had it for 48 years. There a good number of things to control these seizures. One thing I will say is to stay away from bright flashing lights, like in a movie theater just cover you eyes to prevent one. Usually after have one you will get very sleepy and will have to take a nape, wear as just sleeping 30 minutes seems to be one hour at times.
