Got my Statement yesterday. What it shows is:
1 The monthly amount before any deductions
2 The Medicare B Premium, A is free
3 The amount deducted for any D, Advantage Plan or Supplement
4 The amount deducted for voluntary Federal tax withholding
5 The Net amount deposited to your account

I have a 0.00 Premium High Deductible D Plan that covers all Medicare and Medications. So, the only Deduction is the B cost of $99.90

The Advantage Plans are being eliminated in the future.
