Default Yoga and SCS
Has anyone tried yoga poses and stretches after implant?

I miss being able to work on flexability and balance. A friend swears by yoga after her back injury from tennis. She says the gentle stretches help with pain and spasms.

Is it safe to do with leads four months after implant?
