GREAT question Sandy!
I was wondering this myself. I'm 2 yrs out from surgery and pretty sure I could do it. I want to borrow my daughter's Yoga DVD and start!
This very well could be the answer to my prayers - if it helps my horrible spasms I will be FOREVER grateful!
