Hi Tara,
I would definitely mention it to your doctor when you go in, as this could easily be a sign of TOS. This used to happen to me frequently, sometimes worse than others. It may not be something that they would treat at this point as there are few conservative options for TOS but they may send you for physical therapy to try to improve the issue. If they do diagnose you with TOS and recommend PT, make sure to ask for a recommendation for a physical therapist. TOS is fairly rare and although physical therapists should know what it is, you want someone with experience actually treating TOS. Good luck!
