I do still understand your worry. If you know someone that had a bad experience with colonoscopy, you are bound to worry. You know me now, and my experience was just fine. No hemorage, no pain, no after effects. I doubt sincerely, that he would order that for you before you tried some other very good things. Everyone mentioned something good you can try to get yoursystem going again. Don't feel self concious, it really is OK as so many of us have suffered the same dog gone thing. Give some of these self help things a try, and then maybe when you go to the doctor, you will already be back to normal.
