I happen to not like the taste of flax seed. Hubby puts it on top of his salad. I don't take it very often. When I do, I sometimes simply eat a huge table spoon without anything else. Sometimes I mix the tablespoon with a half cup of water and drink it.

One fourth cup of celery is only 2 grams of fiber. The government suggests we eat 25 grams of fiber a day.

I ordered some. thank you. it was a real eye opener how little fiber is in flaxseed and in apples. wow. here i thought i was overdosing on fiber ..ha
