Default Parkinsons and brain tumor

Dear Friends
I was diagnosed with Parkinsons 4 years ago based on left side tremor symptoms. I was starting to adjust to the idea of having a degenerative disease with fear that it would advance to right side (I am right hand dominant). Three weeks ago I experienced partial seizures and MRI revealed ganglion tumor inside left temporal lobe. Now I am being tested for metabolic HG2 rates of tumor cells to establish baseline and rate of how slow or aggressively the growth progresses. it is believed that I have two different conditions given the sides affected. I am in so much emotional pain.
Aside from hope and faith what are the chances of overcoming these two conditions?
