The best way to deal with the anger and other outbursts is to learn to sense when you are starting to stress out. At the first sign, you need to walk away to a quiet area and try to settle down. be rude if you have to. When you return, you can explain that you could tell your concussed brain was about to explode and you had to leave. You need to get family and friends on the same page with you about this issue.

If you find your jaw clinching or start to feel spacey eyed or any weird sensation, get away fast. You can learn to make these choices. Many of us have dealt with this problem for years.

We just learn to maker better choices.
