Default Greetings from Texas

I'm glad I found this place - looks like a great resource.

After years of seemingly unrelated symptoms that worsened over the last 10 years and got really out of control over the last 2 years I diagnosed myself as being extremely gluten intolerant in May of this year. I will not get blood tested or a biopsy because getting back on gluten will go just short of killing me. I was literally a new person after going gluten free and I had no idea I could feel so good. I can identify at least 40 symptoms/diseases that cleared when going gluten free.

Just as others have found after getting off the grain, I have other food intolerances popping up. I know for sure of these (in order of the worst to least offensive): soy, eggs, dairy, corn, rice. I suspect others, but am taking my time reintroducing things into my diet. I suspect other legumes and nightshades.

Enough about me. I'm just glad to be here!
