GREAT catch, Annie!! I'm having so much DV, right now -- I had trouble finding ANY of my "regular" contraindicated meds lists.
I think this is one of the Canadian lists. I like the color coding, too. The only list I could find today on the MGFA.org site was "wordy" (L-O-N-G).
