I will not get blood tested or a biopsy because getting back on gluten will go just short of killing me. I was literally a new person after going gluten free and I had no idea I could feel so good. I can identify at least 40 symptoms/diseases that cleared when going gluten free.

Just as others have found after getting off the grain, I have other food intolerances popping up. I know for sure of these (in order of the worst to least offensive): soy, eggs, dairy, corn, rice. I suspect others, but am taking my time reintroducing things into my diet. I suspect other legumes and nightshades.

Enough about me. I'm just glad to be here!
Wow, you are one tough cookie. I am a sprouter myself. Don't know that I'm allergic to anything but I like to sprout my broccoli, radish and other sprouts. Look up benefits of sprouting and see if you might like to go in this direction. I can tell you there is no downside to this. If you enjoy salads, then you will enjoy eating some sprouts. I could live on these things and not miss anything else but I do eat chicken and other protein rich foods. No beef. And no rice, or flour or any refined carbs. Best thing I ever did for my diabetes.

Good luck in your new eating plan.

Take care and welcome to Neurotalk
