For those not following Dr. Jannetta, he proposes that vascular compression upon the penducle may be a cause of PD and that decompressing that artery alleviates the PD. There are posts here on the forum about this if you care to learn more.

It makes me wonder how they responded to the initial trigeminal neuralgia results.
